The Age of Apocalypse
An ancient mutant wakes beneath Egypt and begins recruiting the strong, discarding the weak. Xavier's school burns, and the survivors must decide whether to rebuild his dream or take Magneto's offer.
Apocalyptic and mythic. Gods walking through the 1980s, and the terrible clarity of choosing a side.
